This CLE details how to screen for police misconduct civil rights cases in New York. It focuses on common issues encountered throughout the screening process and how to avoid them.

  • Intended Audience: Non-Transitional & Transitional Attorneys. Plaintiff-side only.

  • Fees and Waivers: Free for all participants! Occupancy is limited.

CLE credit will be offered only to those attorneys completing entire sessions; attorneys attending only part of a session are not eligible for partial credit. Attorneys arriving late are welcome to attend the program but will not be eligible for credit. Attorneys wishing to receive CLE credit must complete the Attorney Affirmation, Program Attendance, and Evaluation forms upon completion of the course.
