A Holistic Approach to Civil Litigation

The New York Civil Rights Project seeks to bring together both experienced and aspiring civil rights attorneys and legal workers with the goal of ending police and prison misconduct.

We aim to strengthen the civil rights bar by training and mentoring a new generation of practitioners, and by providing meeting spaces to work collectively, strategize, and share resources.

Growing a diverse new generation of civil rights practitioners.

Advocating for clients enduring state violence.

Protecting progressive movements for liberation.
